racingroots.net (the "Site") is operated by Racing Roots, a brand of JG Infinite LLC ("Racing Roots", "we", "us", "our"). By visiting the Site or buying from us, you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms") and the policies they link to, including our Privacy Policy, Refund & Return Policy and Shipping Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the Site. We may update these Terms at any time by posting changes on this page, and your continued use of the Site means you accept them. Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc.

1. Using the Site

You must be at least the age of majority where you live, or have a parent or guardian's permission, to use the Site. You may not use our products or the Site for any illegal or unauthorized purpose, or transmit any viruses or harmful code. Breaking these Terms may result in us ending your access.

Our products are printed or made to order, and some designs may be available only online. We try to show colors and images accurately, but your screen may display them differently. We may limit quantities or sales to any person or region and may discontinue any product at any time. Our designs are original artwork created by Racing Roots and are not affiliated with or endorsed by any vehicle manufacturer, race team or brand. Returns and exchanges follow our Refund & Return Policy.

6. Orders and account information

We may refuse or cancel any order, including orders that appear to be placed by dealers, resellers or distributors. If we change or cancel an order, we'll try to contact you using the email, phone or billing address you gave us. You agree to give accurate, current purchase and account information.

7. Third-party tools and links

The Site may include third-party tools and links. We provide them "as is," we don't control them, and we aren't responsible for third-party websites, products or services.

8. Comments and submissions
